The Central Administration Department is the Secretariat of the Metropolitan Assembly and shall be responsible for the provision of support services, effective and efficient general administration and organization of the Assembly. The Central Administration Department consists of the underlisted units, which support the administration of the Assembly.
Central Administration acts as a liaison between Heads of other governmental and non-governmental agencies and the Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE), as well as managing financial and other resources of the Assembly in consultation with the Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE).
