Mayor Joins UCC Hospital End-of-Year Awards Event
On Wednesday, 17th December 2025, in the morning, the Mayor of Cape Coast, Hon. George Justice Arthur, joined the management and staff of the Directorate of University Health Services (UCC Hospital) at their 2025 End-of-Year Awards Ceremony.
The event was organised to recognise and celebrate the dedication, professionalism, and outstanding contributions of staff who have distinguished themselves in the delivery of quality healthcare services. In his remarks, the Mayor commended the staff for their unwavering commitment to duty and the vital role they continue to play in safeguarding the health and well-being of residents within the Cape Coast Metropolis and beyond.
The ceremony was also graced by the Member of Parliament for Cape Coast North Constituency, Hon. Dr. Kwamena Minta Nyarku, and the Cape Coast Metro Director of Health, Mr. Samuel Kwabena Ofosu, whose presence highlighted the importance of collaboration in strengthening healthcare delivery.
