Cape Coast Mayor Tours 12 SHS Institutions
The Mayor of Cape Coast, Hon. George Justice Arthur, has successfully completed a three-day educational tour of 12 Senior High Schools and technical institutions across the metropolis.
The tour aimed to engage school authorities, assess challenges facing the institutions, and provide practical support to enhance teaching and learning.
Schools visited included Holy Child Girls’ SHS, Mfantsipim School, St. Augustine’s College, Adisadel College, Wesley Girls’ High School, Ghana National College, University Practice SHS, Cape Coast Technical Institute, Efutu SHS, Academy of Christ the King, Aggrey Memorial SHS, and Oguaa Secondary Technical High School.
As part of the initiative, the Mayor distributed dustbins and streetlights to the schools to promote cleaner, safer, and more conducive learning environments.
The exercise reaffirms the Assembly’s commitment to Cleaner Schools, Safer Schools, Stronger Education.
