Mayor Welcomes New YEA Community Police and Fire Assistants to Service

On Tuesday, 17th September 2025, the Mayor of Cape Coast, Hon. George Justice Arthur, held an important engagement with newly deployed Community Police Assistants and Fire Assistants under the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) at the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly Hall.

The Mayor warmly welcomed the personnel as they officially begin their duties and commended them for their decision to serve their communities. He shared words of encouragement, urging them to approach their work with discipline, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Hon. Arthur emphasized the importance of integrity and professionalism in their respective roles, noting that their efforts play a crucial part in maintaining public safety and supporting the overall development of the Metropolis.
