Mayor attends Passing-out Parade of Prison Officers
                                            
                                                The Mayor of Cape Coast, Hon. George Justice Arthur, was honored to attend the Passing-out Parade of Recruit Course 125 at the Ankaful Prison Officers Training School yesterday.
