Local Government Protocols Workshop
The Human Resource Department in collaboration with the Legal Department of the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly, organised a workshop on Local Government Service protocols to augment the achievement of its mission at the local level to deliver value for money services through the mobilization, harmonization and utilization of qualified human capacity and material resources to promote local and national development.
The workshop also highlighted the Local Governance Act 2016, Act 936 which was facilitated by the Metropolitan Solicitor, Mr. Ebenezer A. Kwaitoo. Human Resource Managers, Miss Rebecca Darko and Miss Edith Adjei took officers through the Service Delivery Standards, Code of Conduct, Performance Management System, among others.
