CCMA officially welcomes Metroplitan Chief Executive
In a vibrant and symbolic ceremony, the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly (CCMA) officially welcomed its new Metropolitan Chief Executive, Hon. George Justice Arthur, on his first day in office.
The brief but colorful gathering, held at the Assembly’s premises, brought together senior management, staff, and key stakeholders eager to usher in a new era of leadership. Speaking during the event, Hon. Arthur expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Assembly for the warm reception and outlined his commitment to advancing the development agenda of Cape Coast.
Hon. Arthur emphasized that staff welfare, transparent governance, and inclusive development would be at the heart of his administration. He pledged to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to build a Cape Coast that reflects the aspirations of its residents.
"I am here to serve with humility and purpose," Hon. Arthur stated. "Together, we will prioritize the welfare of our workforce and transform Cape Coast into a model metropolis characterized by innovation, resilience, and inclusive growth."
The newly sworn-in Mayor also engaged in a fruitful dialogue with Assembly staff, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and shared responsibility in delivering services to the people of Cape Coast.
