Cape Coast MCE Engages Vice Chancellor of UCC
As part of efforts to strengthen institutional relationships for the holistic development of Cape Coast, the Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. George Justice Arthur, paid a working visit to the Vice Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Prof. Johnson Nyarko Boampong.
The engagement focused on exploring collaborative opportunities between the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly and the University, particularly in the areas of education, research, and community development.
Hon. Arthur emphasized the crucial role of academic institutions in driving local development and expressed his commitment to fostering a closer partnership with UCC to harness expertise, support educational initiatives, and promote socio-economic growth within the metropolis.
Both parties acknowledged the need for continuous dialogue and collaboration to address shared challenges and advance Cape Coast’s development agenda.
