TrainingDay 2 of Soap-Making Training Workshop
The Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly assessed funds from the District Assemblies Common Fund - Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG), to organize a Local Economic Development (LED) training during 1st to 2nd June 2023 at the Assembly's Biodiversity Center, Cape Coast. The Investment Coordinator and Public Relations Officer of the Assembly, Dr. Richmond Yeboah led the training.
Twenty (20) beneficiaries were selected from various communities within the Metropolis for the training.
The training was organized to equip beneficiaries with the skills and technical know-how on liquid soap making to facilitate development of the local economy through job creation.
The Metropolitan Chief Executive, Hon. Ernest Arthur presented some items and tools for soap making to beneficiaries at the end of the training. He congratulated them for participating throughout the training.
