New ECG Regional Boss Pays Courtesy Call on Cape Coast Mayor
On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the new Central Regional General Manager of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) paid a courtesy call on the Mayor of Cape Coast, Hon. George Justice Arthur, at his office.
The visit, led by the outgoing Regional General Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Lumor, who is proceeding on retirement, provided an opportunity for the introduction of the new General Manager to the Mayor and the management team of the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly (CCMA).
Discussions focused on strengthening the already fruitful collaboration between the ECG and the CCMA in advancing reliable power delivery and sustainable development within the Metropolis. The Mayor expressed appreciation to Mr. Lumor for his dedicated service and extended a warm welcome to the new Regional Manager, reaffirming the Assembly’s commitment to continuous partnership with ECG for the benefit of residents.
